What it does
Files arrive from wherever they already arrive: an email inbox, a shared folder, a portal upload, a scanner, an API. The pipeline classifies each file, extracts the fields that matter using a mix of layout parsing and AI models, and checks them against your own master data: part numbers, vendors, units, lots.
Anything the system is not sure about goes to a person in a simple review screen, and the system learns from the correction. Everything else is written into the system that needs it: your ERP, LIMS, CRM, accounting package, a database, or a spreadsheet you already depend on.

Why Slingr and not a SaaS tool. Off-the-shelf document AI stops at “here is your JSON.” The hard part is the last mile: your vendor codes, the three-way match, the exception a human must see, the write into a 15-year-old ERP that only talks ODBC. That is integration and workflow, which is what Slingr builds. You end up with a pipeline tuned to your documents, not a per-page subscription whose learning stays with the vendor.

Care for Intelliparse means watching extraction quality, absorbing model and API changes, and adding new document types as they show up. It comes with every tier after launch; on its own it is the Run tier, from $3,500 a month, billed separately from the build. Most clients run on Grow, because the document mix keeps changing.

No hours, no seats. Two numbers: what your first phase costs, and which tier you run on after launch.
