After launch, you choose a tier, billed separately from the build: Run from $3,500/month (care only: bug fixes, security patches, upgrades, uptime monitoring and incident response), Grow from $9,000/month (care plus one unit of build capacity) or Transform from $20,000/month (care plus three to four units). Tiers run on an annual term with a plan of outcomes agreed every quarter; after year one you can exit at any quarter boundary, with the code handover already defined in our MSA. Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost plus 20%. All figures are estimates — your free build plan turns them into a real number, and the SOW locks it.
