Slingr is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform and is certified SOC2 and HIPAA compliant. Slingr products include fine-grain data access controls, encryption at rest and in motion, periodically conducting platform and application-level penetration testing to prevent the wrong person from seeing confidential data.

What happens to the project data if I cancel my subscription?

You will always own your data. During the subscription period, you can access your data via the API (included) and park it anywhere you like. At the end of the subscription, you can export the data directly from the application. As a matter of principle, we hate vendor lock-in, long term contracts, and holding data hostage to make it difficult for you to choose another direction.

How will I be able to know the AI collected data correctly?

We will create an application that shows you the AI parsed data in an application record, so you can edit it and make corrections before it applies to downstream workflows. These corrections will inform the AI so that, over time the number of corrections is minimal.
